Controller. Source Links Technical Services Co. (“Source LTS”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

Data we collect. When you contact us, submit the quote form or cost estimator, or message us via WhatsApp, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), project details and any photos or messages you share.

How we use your data. (a) to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation; (b) to schedule a site visit; (c) to provide the service you contract us for; (d) to send infrequent project updates or service emails; (e) to comply with legal and tax obligations.

Marketing on Meta, Google and TikTok. This site may use the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel, Google Ads tags, Google Analytics, and the TikTok Pixel to measure ad performance and to retarget visitors. These services may receive your IP address, browser and device identifiers, and the pages you viewed on this site. You can opt out of personalised advertising in the privacy settings of those platforms.

Cookies. We use first-party and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising. By using the site you consent to this. See the Cookie Notice for the full list.

Lawful basis. We process your data on the basis of your consent (enquiry submission) and our legitimate interest in operating our business and responding to leads, in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Retention. Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact. Contracted-project data is kept for the statutory retention period under UAE law (currently 5 years).

Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share it only with: (i) our internal team, (ii) our hosting and CRM providers under data-processing agreements, (iii) advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) for measurement and retargeting, (iv) regulators when required by law.

Your rights. Subject to UAE law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, email sourcelts.uae@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will respond within 30 days.

Children. This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
